The Pantheon™ Pipe Welding System is an economical, space efficient manipulator that brings automation to pipe welding with heavy duty construction designed to increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue for repeatable high quality welds.
A RELIABLE PLATFORM
The heavy-duty construction and linear bearings help to deliver repeatable, high-quality welds and a stable platform for pipe spooling.
The small-footprint system features an electronic pendant that controls boom up/down and arc start/stop. The controller offers four immediate and four time-delay contacts to be used for motion control.
The eight-memory-slot digital linear weaver saves oscillator settings. A 25-ft. Magnum® PRO 550 welding gun with 180-degree gun tube is used for high-duty-cycle welding. The 4-in. manual cross slides with a welding torch holder allow three axes of adjustment.
